Tracy Mickey joined the VanTrust Jacksonville office at its inception in 2016 in the role of Office Administrator. In 2021, Tracy was promoted to Manager, Real Estate. She is responsible for assisting in all aspects of development projects throughout the Southeast including identification and evaluation of build-to-suit and speculative development opportunities, preparation of responses to proposals, project economics and oversight of the design and construction teams. 

With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tracy spent the majority of her career at Flagler Development Company where she worked across multiple disciplines in the legal, construction, development, cell tower, and brokerage divisions. In May 2016, Tracy graduated with high honors from Florida State College at Jacksonville. She is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida.
