Dee Giarla joined the VanTrust Kansas City office in 2019 in the role of Office Administrator. In 2023, Dee was promoted to Real Estate Associate. She is responsible for assisting in all aspects of development projects throughout the Kansas City region including preparation of responses to proposals, project economics and oversight of the design and construction teams. In addition to these responsibilities, she assists the marketing department.

Prior to joining VanTrust, Dee worked for Price Brothers for five years, gaining experience in the commercial real estate industry. She held the positions of Marketing Coordinator and Director of Sales and Events throughout her tenure at the organization. Prior to her work in commercial real estate, she served as the Assistant Director of Services for five years in the hotel industry, while also instructing in the culinary program at Broadmoor Technical Center.

Dee graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
