Cindy Olsen joined the Phoenix VanTrust office in August 2020 with more than 30 years of experience working in the commercial construction industry. Cindy will take on the role of Senior Director, Development Services, and work with the rest of the Phoenix team on all aspects of development services.

Prior to joining VanTrust, she worked for large general contractors as well as vertically integrated design-build firms, including Opus West and Ryan Companies, successfully delivering notable projects. With a background in architecture, construction, and land development, Cindy brings with her a multi-faceted view of the industry. She has experience in office, industrial, retail, and multi-family product types throughout the West Coast.
