As Senior Director of Development Services in the Jacksonville office of VanTrust, Brent Rogers works closely with the development team to plan, direct, coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of projects. Brent is highly involved with procurement and oversight of third-party designers, engineers, consultants and commercial contractors. 

Prior to joining VanTrust, Brent worked for over a decade as a Project Engineer and Project Manager for Sauer Incorporated. Brent managed construction projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and NASA throughout the Southeast. 

After several years of managing federal projects, Brent transitioned to the non-federal division of Sauer and managed affordable housing projects. His most recent position before joining VanTrust was Director of Affordable Housing, where he oversaw the construction or rehabilitation of 986 housing units in Florida.
