As Executive Vice President, Finance, Andy is responsible for developing and maintaining lender relationships, sourcing financing for VanTrust Real Estate and Van Tuyl Companies real estate investment projects, and contributing financial market perspective and outlook as a Senior Leader. Andy strives to develop strong and sustainable relationships with a cross-section of the best of commercial real estate lenders in the country to deliver financial solutions for investment real estate projects across the VanTrust Real Estate and Van Tuyl Companies' national footprint.

Andy joined the VanTrust team in late 2018 after making the move from JPMorgan Real Estate Banking. Andy has more than 28 years of experience in the banking industry where he built and managed a large, geographically diversified commercial real estate loan portfolio for top regional and national clients headquartered in Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas.

Andy has been married to his wife Paula for more than 20 years. Together, they have four sons–Sean, Connor, Luke, and Drew– and are active with their local parish and diocese as well as with their children’s schools and sports teams. Andy currently serves as a TGen Ambassador and is a past corporate board member of the East Valley Boys and Girls Club.
