VanTrust Signs Second Tenant to Crosby Court in Dublin

Ready Alliance Group, Inc. leases 50,000 square feet of office and warehouse space

VanTrust Real Estate, LLC. has signed a multi-year lease with Ready Alliance Group, Inc., a provider of self-reliance products, as the second tenant at 6777 Crosby Court, located just northwest of Columbus in Dublin. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, the company has leased 50,000 square feet of space to be used as a distribution center. and will take occupancy this summer. Ready Alliance Group joins INEOS Enterprises, a global chemical company, which has leased 65,000 square feet to house office and laboratory operations.

“We are pleased that Ready Alliance Group has chosen Crosby Count in Dublin to expand its operations,” said Brice Harrison, director of development for VanTrust. “The company was previously located in another Columbus location, but determined that the Dublin building was more suited to its needs. We attract first-class tenants like Ready Alliance Group because of the top-notch facilities our buildings offer.”  

Crosby Court is a 140,000 square-foot industrial building that occupies approximately nine acres in Dublin, with excellent access to the Interstate-270 loop. The building features 32-foot clear heights, two drive-in doors with electric openers, 12 fully equipped dock positions and 3,000 amps of power. Dublin, a city of nearly 50,000 residents just northwest of Columbus, offers a dynamic community ranked the number one small city in Ohio. It is additionally recognized as one of the safest cities in the nation.
