The city approved a permit last week for Brasfield & Gorrie to build the foundation for Town Center Two at 5335 Gate Parkway at a project cost of $18 million.
VanTrust Real Estate is developing the six-story, 217,877-square-foot building for lease to Jacksonville-based Web.com Group Inc., which will relocate its headquarters from Flagler Center to Town Center Two.
