VT 303 – AZA9 is an industrial distribution center developed for Amazon, a multinational e-commerce and technology company located in Glendale, Arizona along the rapidly growing Loop 303 corridor. The site features convenient access to the Loop 303 freeway and is just two miles from Northern Parkway and less than five miles North of Interstate 10. This build-to-suit consists of 278,000 square feet on 41.3 acres. Building AZA9 was the first of two buildings in the VT 303 distribution center. VanTrust sold the building in November 2021.
