The TEVA Fulfillment Center is a renovated two-story, 50,000-square-foot building located at 4500 West 107th Street in Overland Park, Kansas. The existing building was previously an athletic facility for Fitness Plus prior to VanTrust purchasing the vacated building. The renovation includes a complete demolition of the interior and exterior materials, leaving only the structural steel frame. The design-build team of AL Huber Construction and Finkle+Williams Architecture provided a new modern look that incorporates curtain wall glazing and brick masonry. A new 2,000-square-foot loading dock addition and resurfacing of the existing parking lot completed the project. TEVA currently utilizes the facility primarily as administrative office, but the program also includes a 7,000-square-foot pharmacy fulfillment area. VanTrust sold the property in July 2017.
