Building 3 features 100 dock-high doors, three drive-in doors ESFR fire suppression system, and 3,000 amp, 277/489v, 3-phase electrical service. This industrial park has exceptional access to the Interstate 49 logistics corridor and offers an aggressive 20-year tax abatement.

In January 2023, URBN announced plans to house its new fulfillment center in Raymore Commerce Center Building 3 for its clothing rental brand Nuuly. According to the Nuuly project’s Missouri Development Finance Board application, the primary operations of the facility will involve inventory warehousing, receiving and customer shipping. The new fulfillment center is expected to create up to 750 new jobs.
