VanTrust has completed a 825,000 SF industrial build-to-suit for a confidential client in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. The distribution center includes, bulk storage, copacking operations, and a 130,000 SF cold storage freezer. This facility serves as a consolidation of the clients operations that were previously spread throughout multiple locations in the area. The distribution center has achieved the prestigious LEED Silver certification from the USGBC.
