El Paso Logistics Park – Phase I

El Paso Logistics Park (Phase I) is a four-building, 514,000-square-foot industrial project in El Paso, Texas. Building sizes range from 121,258 to 142,865 square feet. The project is located about a mile from I-10 and five miles from the Zaragoza Bridge, one of the busiest international points of commercial entry in the country. The industrial park has access to rail lines, two international airports and five international crossings and is also located within a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ No. 68), providing all industrial residents with tax and duty exemptions on eligible inventory. Phase I of the project was completed in September 2021.
